MUST Informatique is a software publisher and integrator specializing in solutions for Home Healthcare Providers and orthopedic professionals. The company has around 100 employees and offers all the necessary services to support our clients in the daily use and improvement of our solutions. The software provided enables comprehensive management (inventory, patient base, billing) of our clients’ operations, from single-agency setups to national networks of regional agencies.
Orisha is a European software publisher dedicated to companies in the Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, Construction, and Agrifood sectors. Since its inception, Orisha has guided companies toward success by offering industry-specific solutions that are essential to their operations.
The project management department is dedicated to the integration of software into our clients’ organizations. Once the project is taken on, the department oversees the follow-up with all project stakeholders until its completion.
My main responsabilities :
- Managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Implementing, monitoring, and analyzing the team’s performance indicators.
- Transitioning the department to ISO 9001 standards.
- Conducting monthly and annual reviews of the team through individual and professional interviews.
- Seeking optimizations in the department’s organization and processes.
- Conducting weekly reviews of ongoing projects.
- Overseeing large account projects.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders for the deployment of our solutions.

The « Pôle Formation UIMM Limousin » is a training organization offering various training and support solutions for industries. The training programs are individualized, allowing young people, employees, and job seekers, regardless of their age, educational background, or professional experience, to develop their skills and advance in all industrial trades.
My main responsibilities as Digital Transformation Manager :
- Led initiatives in the organizational and digital transformation of the Pôle Formation UIMM Limousin.
- Applied Lean methodology and problem-solving tools for the digital transformation of our processes.
- Managed our Information System, listened to business needs for digital data management, and supported the adoption of new tools.
- Developed a business continuity plan following a compromise of our Information System.
My main responsibilities as a Specialized Trainer in Lean methodology, electronics, and digital transformation:
- Delivered training sessions at the training center or on-site for a diverse audience, individually or in groups.
- Designed training programs and associated pedagogical progressions.
- Analyzed company needs to provide advice and create a tailored program that aligns with the employee’s skills.
- Administered the LMS platform of the organization (Easi), trained trainers on its use, and communicated and supported them on new features.
- Supported learners in implementing projects related to the organizational, technical, and/or ergonomic improvement of their workstations.
